Review: Badlands Born by Wade Peterson

Badlands BornBadlands Born by Wade Peterson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This story is an unexpected surprise. While I expected a rough ride for the characters, the apocalyptic scenes drove the tale into the kind of horrifying adventure one cannot put down. Once I started, I couldn’t stop, had to read until I finished it. I particularly liked the use of music as a device to escape – highly imaginative and another surprise …

There’s scene near the end (Jasmine and the Caliph) that made my hair stand on end (I won’t give it away here) and it sets the tone for what must come next in Badlands Cursed – know you will want to read further!

Well worth your time. Highly recommended.
