The tweaks for HOUSE OF VALLA

Earlier this year I put together the BIG BOOK, one I'd been meaning to do for a while. Yes, HOUSE OF VALLA. This edition of my lore encompasses the 17 books that form part of the grand tale (Lore of Arcana, Lore of Reaume, Lore of Sanctum & Ancient Terra), but rather than simply put the various editions together and format for one book (which, btw, was a mammoth task!), I removed series mentions and gave each book a title suited to the massive tome. 

Here's a look at the CONTENTS:

Same books, different titles. While Ancient Terra has both prequels and sequels to the Lore Universe, I believe by removing series mentions I've created a more seamless read, albeit a lengthy one … yup, be prepared for the long haul! I make no apology for that; my most enjoyable reads thus far have been, for instance, Wheel of Time, the DUNE saga, all asking of me my attention for quite a while, and I trust readers will feel the same 😎

Turns out, when I today uploaded the manuscript to KDP, that the lowest price I'm allowed to offer this epic for is $2.99 (according to Amazon). Of course, 17 books for $2.99 is still an absolute steal, but apologies for what amounts to misinformation until this point. I guess the size of the read has something to do with it (delivery cost, and so forth). So, here's the updated graphic :)

Long have I had the thought in the back of my mind to create one massive book with all the Lore tales (17 books). Essentially a boxset, but calling it that just doesn't fit for me - therefore the encompassing title of HOUSE OF VALLA. I'm busy with the format at the moment, and also carefully going through it to weed out niggly errors. All the extras have been removed (maps etc) and therefore it's pure story. This is taking time (it's massive!), so I'm putting it up on pre-order at the laughable price of $1.99. The price is incentive for you, readers, and the pre-order status is to keep me working on the manuscript 😊.

The price will definitely go up once it's live, so do pop in and grab it before 31 March!

Oh, and FYI: those of you who have followed me here for some while will know that the first 8 books have no expletives in them, a deliberate choice at the time, while the later books, well, that's a whole other story. For HOUSE OF VALLA I'm inserting them words again 😄 Now you know!

After finishing the Ancient Terra series, I went back and reworked all five books. Fresh edits, streamlined formatting and cover tweaks. Essentially the same, but better, and only Lykandir needed a completely reworked cover (the others are simply updated).
